winter time

We just got our first snow last week. Its not really that much but i like to watch the snow everywhere.All you can see is all white. I loved it though but i don't like the cold weather.Its freezing!!. Winter time is the time to wear heavy clothes again. Aside from wearing coat, i wear two more clothes to make me feel warmer. Wear winter gloves to support my hands and wear hats to make my ear and head warm too. Its fun to wear those winter attires again. Here in US, they have four different seasons in a year like spring,summer,fall and winter. With that four different seasons, they have different fashion attires that suit in each seasons. For me, i loved the four different seasons. I liked the different changes, ways, and activities on how to enjoy in each seasons. Now is winter time so its time to enjoy the cold weather and the pretty white snow!!!! enjoy people!!! and merry christmas to all!!!

holiday sale

Lately, Americans celebrated their thanksgiving day. As part of that day, they have a big holiday sale in most stores here in America. At that day, I witnessed the crowd where i worked. Walmart stores started their big sale early in the morning like 5am. By the way, I am a walmart associate and i worked at that day. Its really my first time to be a part of this occasion. Its fun !!!! Crazy!!! Customers are been there like 1am in the morning just to be there early and to be the first one to get what they want to buy..Items are limited so they need to be there early. As an associate where i worked at we are the one who facilitate everything like putting all the items in the floor,giving directions where the items are, telling customers that big sale will start exactly at 5am and they can't get that item before that time comes but some are just too hard- headed they can't wait to get it but then i tried to tell them that they need to return the item where it belongs because its not time yet to get it. Alot of the customers are standing in front of the items that they wanna buy..Its really...really crowded....As a cashier, i spend alot of energy for checking out customers items that they bought..Its fun but it makes me tired the whole time. There is one thing that I'm so upset until now is that i don't have the chance to get that laptop computer that is on sale because at that time that the sale started i'm on the clock as an associate so I'm not allowed to shop at that time...Im so sad..really sad...All i can say to myself better luck next time..I'm not lucky...To those who are lucky shoppers i'm happy to all of you and enjoy !!!!!

Filipino-American marriages

Nowadays,many people married into different ethnic groups.One of them is myself. I am asian and I got married to a man that is a caucasian.Most of my friends in the net got married also to a different ethnic groups mostly caucasian too. I met my husband in a site called cherryblossoms. Im so happy and thankful for the inventions made regarding in communication..One of that is the computers..It makes the communication more easier and faster..Me and my husband used the computer as a tool of our communication and it helps alot to make our relationship more stronger even we are half world far apart.In this marriage it takes alot of patience and adjustments regarding cultures. Some of these adjustments includes language,american culture for me to adjust, filipino culture for my husband, foods,and lastly the weather which causes my body to handle alot of difficult adjustments. All of these difficult adjustments pushed me to be more open to learned new things each day while im here with my husband's country. And im so grateful and proud of myself that i learned alot of things with this filipino-american marriage that i have now. Im happily married right now and hopely be a mother soon. I believed the saying "Love conquers all". To all of you out there who are on your process of getting married to a different ethnic person just be patience,have trust with each other and use LOVE of each other as a tool to make your relationship more stonger and you will conquer everything a 101%...
